Which Clubs Should You Go To in Bodrum?

Bodrum has two completely different nights, and choosing the right one is the whole game. One starts on a sunbed and drifts into champagne at sunset; the other doesn’t really begin until midnight. Pick wrong and you’re either overdressed at 4pm or waiting alone at 11. Here is how the night actually works, and which venues are worth it in 2026.

Two kinds of night

Before you pick a place, decide which night you want. Beach clubs run from late morning into the evening — you take a daybed, swim, eat, and let a DJ carry the crowd from afternoon into sundown. Night clubs: where it goes late

When you want the proper late night, Bodrum Town is the engine room. The bay has been famous for open-air clubbing since Halikarnas made its name as one of the largest open-air clubs in the world, and the town’s waterfront still holds the biggest late-night venues and their guest DJs. Catch and Kuba are the names regulars trade for the after-midnight hours, while Hakkasan keeps a more grown-up, cocktail-led energy for those who want the glamour without the 3am crush.

Yalıkavak Marina after dark

If your night is about superyachts and dressing up rather than sweating on a dancefloor, Yalıkavak Marina is your bay. The marina’s lounges and clubs — anchored by the Billionaire name — turn the promenade into a slow, moneyed parade of cocktails and people-watching, best reached by boat and finished under the masts.

Gümüşlük: the anti-nightlife

Bodrum nightlife has a calendar. It stirs in June, peaks hard from mid-July through August, and has a beautiful, less frantic second wind in September. Around that curve run the events worth planning for:

• Opening & closing parties — the beach clubs bookend the season with their biggest nights; the closing parties in September are often the best of all.
• Guest DJ residencies — international names rotate through the town clubs and Yalıkavak all summer.

Practicalities: dress code, tables, getting home

• Dress the part. Beach clubs are elevated-casual by day and smarter by night; the town clubs and Yalıkavak expect you to make an effort.
• Book a table, not a queue. At the marquee venues, a reserved table or daybed (with bottle service) is how you skip the door and guarantee your spot on a busy night.
• Plan the way home. The coast road is slow and taxis evaporate at closing; a pre-booked private transfer is the difference between ending the night well and ending it on a kerb.
